Access and documents
Bop uses authenticated server requests and organization-scoped access. Administrators manage user roles and module permissions. Document downloads are protected. Assign the minimum access each team member needs.
Your management system
Bop supports the organization of requirements, risks, tasks and evidence. Your organization remains responsible for its content, decisions and execution. Using Bop is not certification and does not itself establish compliance with a law or standard.
AI is an optional capability
Assistant availability depends on configuration and usage limits. Do not assume AI is unlimited or that generated advice has been professionally verified. Review outputs before using them and understand your organization’s approved data-handling rules before entering sensitive content.
Evaluate specific requirements
New online subscriptions are not open yet. If your purchasing requirements include specific hosting locations, recovery commitments, SSO or independent assurance reports, check availability before relying on them. This page makes no claim that Bop itself holds an ISO certificate.
